Flexinova’s Remote Management Solution (FlexiRMS) is a cloud-based product aimed at aiding any size of enterprise with centralised support, software, and device management. It features dedicated modules for software support and version control, data distribution and automation intelligence. Real-time data from sites is streamed onto the centralised dashboards, allowing our dedicated support teams and partners to monitor and analyse the data from the sites.
FlexiRMS also collects asset information such as machine hardware components, device peripherals and operating system details, offering detailed reports on devices currently deployed at sites.
Traditional remote desktop solutions pose certain challenges pertaining to security and audibility. Such systems enable support/users to connect to the remote computer and conduct activities for which there are no audit of changes and actions. During such a remote connection session, users on the remote computers are unable to work on their devices. FlexiRMS addresses these challenges by providing a thoroughly managed environment where all activities are regulated according to user-defined security roles and carefully crafted tasks. All user interactions take place in near-real-time through an intuitive web browser interface with no interference with the user currently working on the remote computer. All interactions are fully audited, and for each action, there is a report of interactions and changes made to the remote computer.
Flexinova Advanced Data Analytics (FlexiAI) is a software platform that has been designed to predict retail sales volumes with a high degree of accuracy. It utilises a deep learning algorithm, which incorporates a blend of machine learning methods, such as several distinct types of neural networks, to analyse historical sales data in conjunction with an array of other inputs.
Retail sales data serves as a representation of collective human activity and thus encompasses linear and non-linear patterns. By taking advantage of these patterns, deep learning algorithms are able to generate precise forecasts. The latest version of the FlexiAI is already providing forecasts with an accuracy higher than 90%, with a reach of up to 90 days in advance. This accuracy will continue to improve organically through ongoing machine learning and as more algorithms and proprietary intellectual property are incorporated into the platform.
The FlexiAI is self-updating, making use of its forecast algorithms which are modified daily through the monitoring of real-time sales data. Every new piece of information is utilised to improve and amend future prognostications.
