Flexinova specialises in providing bespoke software services to our customers, and we ensure that our products are kept up-to-date with a minimum of three maintenance release cycles throughout each year.

Flexinova offers a comprehensive suite of operational services in the Southern African market with the help of our support, implementation, projects and hardware partners. Where the same level of operational services needs to be provided for our customers outside of the Southern African market, Flexinova offers a comprehensive specialised training programme aimed at enabling international support partners to offer such services on Flexinova’s behalf.

Flexinova has a comprehensive process for training and certifying support partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and technical knowledge to provide services for our products. This process involves extensive technical training and accreditation and is designed to cover all the skillsets and requirements needed to manage the operations support. To ensure that our certified service providers are kept up-to-date with any changes in technology and software, our support partners are engaged in ongoing annual re-certification and training programs. This ensures that our customers always receive the highest quality of support for our products.

Flexinova is continuously improving all existing software products by means of continuous functional and performance improvements, technology alignments and new capabilities. Our standard three annual maintenance release cycles are a testament to our ongoing roadmap commitment. In addition to the maintenance of the existing product stack, Flexinova is continuously investing in new product development.

For the year 2023, Flexinova has embarked on the following two new products:

Back Office System
The Back Office System is at the top of our roadmap priorities, and teams are fully dedicated to completing the first version of the back-office system by late 2023. Currently, we are fully integrated with the BCX WinBranch Back Office System (as we are the original author of WinBranch BOS) currently deployed across many sites in South Africa. We have previously integrated with the Eurodata solution and we remain committed to our customers who require our systems to be integrated with customers specific choice of BOS or HOS solutions.

Self-Service Terminal
A Self-Service Terminal (SST), is also included in our future roadmap and is planned for the late 2023. The development of self-service-terminals will enable our customers’ additional touch points within the store with a full integration with the existing EFT, POS, BOS and HOS systems.
